Heartline Staffing is seeking a Lead Boiler Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Castle Rock, Colorado. You will troubleshoot, service, inspect, and start up commercial and industrial boiler equipment while guiding junior technicians and leading project teams.

The position requires travel up to 60% across Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer-focused service. Experience in boiler systems and independent problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial and industrial boiler experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass drug and background testing required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska required.
• Ability to work in confined spaces required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds required.
• Ability to work in boiler room temperatures ranging from 110-120 degrees required.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Commercial and Industrial Boiler inspections, troubleshoot, and service calls.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and provide effective solutions.
• Optimize boiler room operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment faults.
• Conduct boiler start-ups and bring equipment online safely and correctly.
• Identify aging equipment and discuss potential upgrade options with customers.
• Provide thorough and timely service recommendations.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
• Provide guidance and instruction to junior technicians.
• Lead internal teams on projects.
• Follow required safety practices and maintain relevant certifications.
