Job summary

Superior Central Boiler in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Service Technician to independently diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial boiler systems across multiple customer sites. You will own complex service calls, represent the company on-site, and mentor junior technicians to ensure safe, high-quality work.

The role requires a senior hands-on background in boiler maintenance, the ability to read electrical ladder diagrams and piping diagrams, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Senior-level hands-on boiler service experience.
• Ability to read electrical ladder diagrams and piping diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair boiler systems at customer locations.
• Lead complex field-service calls and guide junior technicians.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
