Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA-10 certification (must be obtained within six months from date of hire).
• Basic working knowledge of computers and building control systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair all components of boiler systems and associated mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, electrical circuitry, gas/fuel lines, pumps, and related equipment.
• Use combustion analyzers and multimeters to test systems and equipment.
• Perform calibrations of gauges, transmitters, meters and VFDs.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document work performed.
