Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Body Shop Technician to repair or replace damaged body parts to pre-accident condition per factory specs, delivering an invisible, high-quality finish.

Responsibilities include reviewing repair orders, performing teardown, using frame/measuring equipment, and signing off after final quality checks. ICAR standards apply; valid driver license required; CDL/Medical card preferred but not required. Growth across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Three years of body shop experience required.
• ICAR Welding Certificate preferred.
• A valid driver license with insurability is required.

Responsibilities

• Review each repair order, work order, and estimator’s notes before starting work.
• Perform teardown and repair procedures according to factory specifications and I-Car standards.
• Use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Sign off on all quality checks before sending vehicle to paint department.
• Assist apprentices or lesser skilled technicians in developing repair skills.
