Repwest Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster to handle Bodily Injury and property damage claims. This is an in-office, fully onsite role at our Phoenix, Arizona campus.

In this Bodily Injury role you will review claims for coverage, conduct liability investigations with statements, photos and police reports, and work with independent adjusters to support field work. A high school diploma is required and license within 30 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating and negotiating auto insurance bodily injury settlements.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must obtain an Arizona adjuster license within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Review claims to determine coverage.
• Conduct liability investigations by obtaining statements, photos, videos, police reports and other evidence.
• Work with independent adjusters for field work as needed.
• Prepare forms and correspondence such as denial letters and release forms.
• Gather documents to determine settlement value and maintain productivity.
