Job summary

Connect n Care ABA in Fayetteville is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide stellar services to clients with autism. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, customize treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.

POSITION DETAILS

As a BCBA at Connect n Care, you will:

  • Conduct functional and skill based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
  • Customize treatment plans to address the child's deficits based on assessment results
  • Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
  • Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
  • Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
  • Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
  • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members

  • Language acquisition
  • Functional communication training
  • Daily living skills
  • Community safety skills
  • Toilet training
  • Executive function training

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
  • At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience is highly preferred
  • Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
  • Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
