Job summary

ISS Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET III) to repair and overhaul a wide range of medical devices. The role includes supervising technical staff and ensuring routine inspections of equipment to meet hospital standards.

The BMET III will troubleshoot diverse systems, interpret manuals and schematics, manage spare parts inventory, and be prepared for on-call repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining medical devices.
• Ability to supervise technicians in an in-house BMET program.
• Familiarity with TJC/EOC standards and AAMI certification target.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, overhaul, modification and inspection of medical equipment.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of technical personnel.
• Travel as necessary to perform technical tasks.
