Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to advise and deliver across complex BY WMS programs. You will lead from the technical side, mentor delivery teams, and contribute to practice growth, while collaborating with client stakeholders across multiple sites.

You will guide solution design, architecture, and risk mitigation, and participate in pre-sales activities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience with design delivery.
Minimum of 2 years of Blue Yonder development practices—MOCA, SQL, API integration, and Java.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience).

Responsibilities

Lead solution design and delivery across complex, multi-site BY WMS programs.
Lead workshops and review sessions with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
Define solution or integration architectures aligned with client requirements.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment.
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants.
Contribute to practice development through accelerators and reusable assets.
Support pre-sales, demos, scoping, and SOW input.
Establish and enforce documentation standards and delivery best practices.
