Job summary

Accenture seeks a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to advise and deliver on complex BY WMS programs. You will lead from the functional side, mentor delivery teams, and contribute to practice development across multiple sites.

You will partner with clients, run workshops, define architectures, and help manage scope, risk, and pre-sales activities while maintaining standard delivery practices. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience including design and delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Blue Yonder WMS configuration capabilities and warehousing best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience, or 6 years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery across complex, multi-site BY WMS programs.
• Lead workshops and review sessions with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Define solution or integration architectures and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants within your function.
• Contribute to practice development through accelerators and reusable assets.
• Support business development activities including pre-sales, demos, and SOW input.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and delivery best practices.
