Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior WMS leader to architect and deliver Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex, multi-industry clients in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape strategy with executives, and drive high-impact warehouse transformations across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS, and automation integrations.

You will own end-to-end solution design, governance, and pre-sales activities, mentoring talent and elevating best practices within the WMS practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Blue Yonder/WMS architecture, design, or implementation experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large, complex WMS or supply chain transformation programs in a client-facing/delivery lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience).
• Bonus points if you have deep knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete/SaaS), including configuration, design, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, lead fit/gap analysis, and design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, and other systems.
• Develop detailed solution specs, integration designs, and technical docs.
• Provide architectural governance across the delivery lifecycle.
