Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Functional Blue Yonder Solution Architect specializing in Blue Yonder WMS to lead complex supply chain transformations for enterprise clients.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, shaping end-to-end warehouse solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving solution vision, architecture, design, and delivery across large-scale, multi-site WMS programs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Solution Strategy: Define, architect, and implement end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions aligned to client business objectives and transformation goals
• Advice at the Executive Level: Partner with client leadership (VP, SVP, C-suite) to shape warehouse modernization strategies and investment roadmaps
• Drive Complex Implementations: Oversee full lifecycle delivery—from discovery and design through deployment and stabilization
• Translate Business to Technology: Convert operational requirements into scalable, integrated system architectures
• Architect Integrated Ecosystems: Design solutions across WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, and warehouse automation technologies
• Own Client Outcomes: Ensure solutions deliver against KPIs including cost reduction, service levels, and throughput optimization
• Lead Workshops & Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate design sessions, align cross-functional teams, and manage competing priorities
• Enable Sales & Growth: Support pursuits, shape proposals, and articulate differentiated solution value in RFP and client presentations
• Build Capability: Mentor teams, contribute to practice development, and codify best practices and reusable assets

What You Bring

• 8+ years in supply chain technology and consulting, with deep specialization in Warehouse Management Systems as a Functional Solution Architect driving solution configuration and design with the ability to support technical and analytical skillsets for implementation.
• Proven leadership delivering Blue Yonder WMS implementations at scale
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, automation)
• Experience designing enterprise architecture and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, EDI)
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in complex environments
• Experience operating in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments

Preferred Experience

• Blue Yonder Warehouse Management
• Deep functional and configuration experience
• Technical experience (MOCA, SQL, Schema, API, CWS)
• On-prem, SaaS, and Cognitive solutions
• Warehouse automation (AS/RS, robotics, sortation)
• Cloud-enabled architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, sectors

Compensation

Base Salary: $140,000 – $230,000 + Bonus
