Job summary

CS Recruiting is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Blue Yonder WMS in Atlanta. You will translate complex warehousing requirements into scalable WMS solutions and guide strategic projects across IT, operations, and vendor teams.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive continuous improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 5–8 years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS or similar warehouse management systems, including implementation and configuration
• Proven experience in business systems analysis, solution design, and/or solution architecture within supply chain or logistics
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management and mentoring junior analysts
• Experience working with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and align system implementations with business goals
• Experience in 3PL, retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing preferred
• Experience with Azure, Power BI, or other data analysis/reporting tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth analysis of warehousing, distribution and logistics requirements and translate into detailed specifications for Blue Yonder WMS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and document business processes improved by WMS
• Design and architect scalable Blue Yonder configurations aligned with long‑term goals and best practices
• Lead WMS implementation, configuration, testing, and integration with ERP/TMS and order management systems
• Customize Blue Yonder modules to fit workflows and improve efficiency, accuracy and speed
• Architect and implement advanced WMS features, automation, and innovations for scalability
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting and ongoing optimization to drive efficiencies
