Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Florida State Medical Technologist License in Hematology, Chemistry, Immunohematology, Immunology and Microbiology.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and interpret abnormal findings; refer data to pathologists for evaluation and sign-out.
• Calibrate equipment and manage inventory and supplies.
• Administer quality-control tests and train staff.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple test series across chemistry and hematology.
• Maintain records and ensure proficiency testing and data accuracy.
