Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking an experienced engineer to architect scalable systems for ingesting and parsing complex blockchain data. You’ll leverage TypeScript, AI-native workflows, and cloud tooling to boost velocity while ensuring reliability.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Managers, and provide blockchain protocol expertise to drive high-quality, maintainable datasets for our global customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
• Experience with TypeScript in professional or personal capacity.
• Bias to ship and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity while keeping code maintainable.
• Deep understanding and experience of at least one Blockchain protocol.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable, reliable, and performant systems for ingesting and parsing blockchain data.
• Leverage AI-native engineering workflows to increase team velocity and code quality.
• Provide blockchain protocol expertise to the team and stakeholders.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including monitoring and reliability of pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align datasets with evolving crypto ecosystem needs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews and design discussions.
