Job summary

Barclays is hiring a Senior Blockchain DevOps Engineer - AVP – Digital Assets to build and operate the DevOps, automation, deployment, and observability capabilities for the BDAP. You will work with blockchain engineers, wallet teams, security, and risk to enable secure, scalable delivery of digital asset infrastructure across on-prem and hybrid environments.

• Experience in building and operating DevOps for mission-critical production platforms.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain infrastructure, validators, RPC services, wallet APIs, and related middleware.
• Strong knowledge of on-premises and hybrid environments, including security and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions with reliability and performance.
• Monitor IT infrastructure to identify, address, and resolve issues and outages; drive MTTR down.
