Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director - Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to lead the secure execution of enterprise initiatives across CVS Health lines of business. The role requires translating cybersecurity risk into business terms for senior leaders, guiding a world-class program and embedding risk-informed decision making throughout the organization.

Qualifications

15+ years of senior leadership experience with strategy and stakeholder management.
10+ years in a GRC or enterprise-scale security program.
5+ years as BISO or Head BISO.
5+ years with two or more security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI).
5+ years in program and project management.
5+ years partnering with business leaders to translate cybersecurity risk into business terms.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor with business unit leadership and liaison for cybersecurity practices across the lifecycle.
Define and report KPIs and metrics for senior leadership in accessible terms.
Drive risk management by designing security objectives and aligning with business goals.
Lead or support large-scale cross-functional initiatives with timely execution.
