Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Executive Director - Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to lead the enterprise cybersecurity program across CVS Health lines of business. The role requires strategic vision, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to translate cybersecurity risks into business terms for executive audiences.

You will drive governance, KPIs, and risk management initiatives, partner with senior IT leaders, and coach the BISO team to sustain a world‑class security

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles.
10+ years in a GRC or technical security program at enterprise scale.
5+ years as a BISO or Head BISO.
5+ years with two or more security control frameworks and regulations.
5+ years in Program and Project Management.
5+ years partnering with business unit leaders to translate cybersecurity risk.

Responsibilities

Advise business units and integrate cybersecurity into initiatives.
Define KPIs and report to senior leaders.
Drive risk management strategy and objectives.
Lead cross-functional projects with governance oversight.
Create communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data to support decision-making and improvement.
Lead and develop the BISO team.
