CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director - Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to lead the BISO program across CVS Health lines of business, embedding security strategy and risk decisions into business processes.

The role requires 15+ years of senior security leadership, deep governance experience with frameworks (NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI), and a proven ability to communicate with senior leaders and translate risk into business terms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading risk-informed security programs.
• Experience translating cybersecurity risk into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership and align cybersecurity with lifecycle initiatives.
• Define and report KPIs and metrics for senior leaders in accessible terms.
• Lead risk management strategy and cross-functional execution across teams.
• Drive major projects with sponsorship and accountability across the organization.
• Develop clear communications for internal and external stakeholders at executive levels.
