Job summary

Asimov, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Customer Engagement team to own the end-to-end success of campaigns across Biologics and Genetic Medicine.

The role sits at the intersection of Commercial and Operations, aligning with the commercial lead on account strategy and with technical operations on program execution. You will synthesize feedback from multiple teams into one clear narrative for partners and act as an extension of their team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Life Science program management (CDMO/CRO).
• Experience aligning matrixed organizations (commercial, technical, operational).
• Strong knowledge of cell line development or biologics process development.
• Proficient with structured project tracking tools and Google Workspace.
• Experience communicating program status and risks to external customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program delivery with milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with internal operations and vendor networks to stay aligned with plan.
• Identify risks early and initiate preventive actions with the right groups.
• Manage relationships with CDMO and third-party vendors; coordinate international shipments.
• Contribute to scalable PM processes and tools as the function grows.
