Job summary

Asimov is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end success of campaigns across Biologics and Genetic Medicine. The role anchors on coordinating with the commercial lead for account strategy and with operations for program execution, ensuring a single, clear story for partners.

You will drive milestones, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate risks and status to external customers, while expanding opportunities and maintaining alignment with contracted scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience in a Life Science service organization (e.g. CDMO, CRO).
• Recognized program management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven ability to align across a matrixed organization with cross-functional stakeholders (commercial, technical, and operational).

Responsibilities

• Drive program delivery by tracking milestones and surfacing gating decisions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal operations and CDMO/vendor partners to stay aligned with plan.
• Identify risks early and communicate them to initiate preventive actions.
• Manage relationships with CDMO and third-party networks; coordinate international shipment logistics.
• Escalate issues requiring both technical and commercial judgment, framed around program impact.
