Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and manage the Program Management team in multiple client engagements.
• Own successful delivery across development through GMP execution, with focus on cost/profitability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures for each engagement.
• Ensure contracts transfer from proposal to completion with proper documentation.
• Lead stakeholder/client meetings; document minutes and actions; manage risks and issues.
• Develop strategic partnerships; provide technical/scientific expertise to clients.
• Prepare proposals and act as technical expert with cross-functional teams.
• Incorporate client feedback and suggestions to improve services.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure program alignment with company milestones.
• Prioritize concurrent programs and apply process-improvement disciplines.
