Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CDMO environments.
  • 2–3 years of management or team lead experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical or scientific project teams.
  • Strong project planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project coordination and communication with technical project leads.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and risks.
  • Facilitate project team meetings, assign action items, and maintain accountability.
  • Manage multiple programs to ensure goals, schedules, and commitments are achieved.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, conflicts, and interdependencies proactively.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and systems.
  • Provide clear project updates, escalations, and recommendations to site leadership.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related activities and issues.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and operational objectives.

Job description
