Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required.
• 15+ years GMP/biologics program management experience.
• Experience in recombinant protein and mammalian production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to engage with CEO and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and manage the Program Management team across multiple client engagements.
• Own successful delivery of projects from proposal through GMP execution, including scope, timelines and budgets.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and expenditures for each engagement.
• Ensure accurate transfer of contracts and maintain documentation.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide clear minutes and action follow-ups.
• Assess risks and implement solutions with stakeholder alignment.
• Build strategic client relationships and provide technical SME support.
• Present proposals and coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory teams.
