Job summary

Faeth Therapeutics Inc. seeks a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contract work in a remote U.S. role.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage agreements including CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts while leveraging playbooks to protect IP and data terms. This position partners with Clinical and CMC teams and reports to the General Counsel. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in biotech contracting, CLM administration, and a track record of closing deals quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating and managing biotech contracts.
• Direct, hands-on experience with standard biotech agreements.
• Experience administering a CLM system.
• Proven ability to close agreements quickly.
• Active use of AI tools in your work.
• Paralegal certificate or law degree welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and negotiate company agreements directly with counterparties.
• Apply playbooks; protect IP, confidentiality, and data terms.
• Own timelines, approvals, and filing in the CLM system.
• Coordinate with Legal, Clinical, and CMC teams.
• Administer Ironclad workflows, metadata, and templates.
• Improve contracting process and AI-assisted intake tool.
• Coordinate outside counsel and maintain template library.
