Faeth Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager/Senior Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contracting in a remote U.S. setting.

You will draft, redline, and negotiate with counterparties, coordinate with Clinical and CMC, and drive contracts to signature with playbooks and a streamlined process. The role emphasizes protecting IP, confidentiality, data terms, and efficient workflow, with opportunities to shape the CLM system and AI-assisted intake.

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating and managing contracts in life sciences.
• Direct, hands-on experience negotiating standard biotech agreements.
• Proven ability to close agreements quickly while protecting key terms.
• Experience administering a contract lifecycle management system.
• Experience using AI tools in contracting.
• Paralegal certificate or law degree welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and negotiate agreements directly with counterparty
• Apply playbooks and protect IP/confidentiality/data terms
• Move agreements to signature and manage timelines
• Be the front door for contracts across the company
• Build and maintain contract playbooks and templates
• Route approvals and file executed agreements in Ironclad
• Own the contract repository and ensure accessibility
• Administer Ironclad workflows, templates, and metadata
• Rebuild contracting processes and improve efficiency
• Coordinate outside counsel and consultants as needed
• Use and improve AI tools in contracting
• Take on legal operations tasks as volume allows
