Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Biostatistician to independently consult with investigators on the design, conduct, and analysis of research projects across lab, interventional, and observational studies.

You will provide statistical expertise on study design, sample size calculations, and data analysis while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to prepare abstracts and manuscripts and ensure clear communication of methods and results.

Formación

• Master's degree in Statistics or Biostatistics or related field.
• 5 years of related experience in biostatistics or statistics.
• Experience collaborating with investigators on research studies and manuscripts.

Responsabilidades

• Provides statistical expertise on study design and data management.
• Responsible for statistical aspects of study design including sample size and randomization schemes.
• Works with investigators and other statisticians to select methods and analyze data.
• Proficient with standard statistical packages (SAS, R, Stata, SPSS) and related software.
• Contributes to statistical reports and manuscripts for abstracts and publications.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues and study teams by various channels.
