ERM seeks a Managing Consultant, Health & Safety (Biosafety Focus) to lead biosafety programs for BSL‑1/BSL‑2 labs with emphasis on BSL‑3 readiness. Based in the U.S., you’ll influence biosafety governance, training, audits, and risk management across biotech and pharma clients.

You will mentor consultants, engage account teams, and drive multi-year roadmaps while traveling up to 70% as needed. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biosafety, microbiology, biology, public health, industrial hygiene, safety engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of EHS/biosafety leadership in BSL‑1/BSL‑2 labs, with preference for BSL‑3 program oversight.
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing biosafety programs, including standards, procedures, training, metrics, and assurance.
• Experience serving on Institutional Biosafety Committees (IBCs) with protocol review familiarity.
• 2+ years of consulting or client-facing experience, including proposal support and relationship management.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management.

• Drive project delivery excellence while expanding client relationships and contributing to ERM’s growth.
