ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Health & Safety (Biosafety Focus) based in Ewing, New Jersey, to lead biosafety strategy across complex lab environments. You will oversee BSL-1/BSL-2 programs with preference for BSL-3 oversight, build governance, deliver training, audits, and incident investigations while expanding client relationships and ERM capabilities.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and willingness to travel up to 70% to serve client

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in biosafety or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant EHS biosafety leadership.
• BSL-1/BSL-2 experience with preference for BSL-3 oversight.
• Consulting or client‑facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
