ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Health & Safety (Biosafety Focus) based in New Jersey to lead biosafety programs in complex lab environments. You will shape biosafety/governance, develop systems, and guide senior stakeholders while mentoring consultants and expanding client relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in EHS with biosafety leadership, travel up to 70%, and a base pay range highlighted below.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biosafety, microbiology, biology, public health, industrial hygiene, safety engineering, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of EHS experience with substantive biosafety leadership in BSL-1/BSL-2 labs.
• Strong preference for BSL-3 program oversight, commissioning or governance.
• Proven experience developing and managing biosafety and Health & Safety programs.
• Experience serving on Institutional Biosafety Committees (IBCs).
• 2+ years of consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
