Merck is seeking a Senior Technician for its Millsboro, DE Animal Health manufacturing facility. The role involves hands-on work across cell culture, filling, packaging and aseptic processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will train from day one, follow GMP/SOPs, and support daily lab and production tasks while working in a team-driven environment that values ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of lab/production experience.
• Or an Associate's degree with 1 year lab/production experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Operate manufacturing equipment during the production cycle.
• Perform manual and automated operations and maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret technical information and communicate with colleagues.
• Conduct aseptic and non-aseptic procedures, including tissue culture and vaccine filling.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide guidance to team members and participate in safety committees.
