Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science required.
• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/process engineering.
• Experience with GMP, pharma or vaccine facilities; data analysis to drive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, validation, and continued support of bioprocess equipment and facility design/operation.
• Facilitate cross‑functional teams in HAZOPs, FMEAs, process reviews and SOP development; author/revise SOPs and monitor process throughput and compliance.
• Interface with outside engineering firms on design issues, equipment selection, and value engineering.
• Manage vendors/consultants to ensure FAT/SAT and cGMP compliance; ensure contracts have specs and are delivered.
• Stay current with vaccine formulation and equipment tech; assess new technologies and provide solutions to improve throughput.
• Support validation, change control, deviations, CAPAs, and audits; participate in site Operational Excellence.
