Endeavor Health in multiple Illinois locations seeks a Biomedical Equipment Technician III to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair non-imaging medical devices. The role involves installing, calibrating, testing devices, and performing maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.

You will act as a technical resource for junior staff, assist with equipment refurbishment or relocation, and maintain accurate documentation while staying current with regulatory issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting biomedical equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Independently troubleshoot, maintain, and repair non-imaging diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices.
• Install, calibrate, and test new medical electronic devices per guidelines.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, recalls, and equipment disposition tasks.
• Mentor junior Biomedical technicians and interns.
• Assist with refurbishment, relocation, or modification projects.
• Document records and stay current with regulatory issues.
