Job Description:

We are seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for the University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, OH. This 23-hospital academic health system has been nationally recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a Best Hospital for 201920 and has consistently earned accolades from some of the most respected institutions and publications in the healthcare industry for its leadership and excellence in patient care.

  • Support the succession planning and development of key personnel within area of responsibility.
  • Drive strong business results in healthcare technology management.

  • Successful leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
  • The ability to develop outstanding client relationships and governance structure. This individual will serve as the main point of contact with our University Hospital System client.

  • Strong leadership abilities to coach and mentor various levels of employees.
  • Ability to review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and ours/Client policies and procedures.
  • Ability to ensure a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and makes recommendations for changes as necessary.
  • Skills to assess financial risk and opportunities of the account and communicate results to the client and the senior management, initiate action plans as necessary.
  • Some understanding of Cybersecurity problems and solutions to protect Healthcare providers.

Position Summary

The Client Executive (Single) has overall leadership and responsibility for client relationships, oversight of the assigned contract/s (or a service related portion of that contract), and success of a single client organization with multiple sites and either single or multiple services. Has direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience 7 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience 7 years

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
  • Some understanding of Cybersecurity problems and solutions to protect Healthcare providers.
  • 7 years of Management and Functional experience.
