Job summary

We seek a Senior Scientist to lead biomarker assays, design experiments, and troubleshoot complex analytical challenges, driving projects from concept to transfer while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Biomarker method development experience required.
- Experience with LBA platforms (ELISA/MSD).
- Experience in regulated bioanalytical environments.
- Ability to design experiments and evaluate assay performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting of biomarker assays.
- Evaluate assay performance and establish robust methods.
- Support method qualification, validation, and transfer activities.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to staff.
- Communicate findings and risks to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with clients to translate objectives into bioanalytical strategies.
- Prepare study documentation, data summaries, protocols, and reports.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory developments in biomarkers.
