Job summary

AGEISS Inc. is seeking a Biologist/Environmental Scientist to support MOTCO in Concord, CA. The role focuses on natural resources management with duties spanning hazardous waste/hazardous material programs, species surveys, habitat assessments, and data-driven reporting.

Required is a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 7–10 years of experience in environmental compliance. DoD project experience and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, ecology, natural resources, environmental sciences, or related area.
• 7–10 years of experience in assigned tasks and environmental compliance.
• Experience with DoD environmental programs/projects is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement MOTCO HW/HM programs.
• Oversee species surveys, habitat assessments, and GIS data collection.
• Review survey data, regulatory protocols, and references.
• Prepare weekly inspection summaries and QA/QC of documents.
• Travel to project sites as required.
