Job summary

Qualifications

• MS degree in a relevant field is required; PhD is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in biologics discovery or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership and expertise in biologics optimization.
• Experience in antibody/protein engineering to advance therapeutic molecules.
• Experience leading automation builds for discovery workflows; collaboration with automation teams.
• Experience integrating large datasets with computational/AI approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for automation-enabled discovery workflows.
• Collaborate with automation teams to advance yeast display, NGS, and related discovery tech.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to guide data-driven decision making across the portfolio.
• Apply AI/ML and computational tools to understand sequence-function relationships.
• Develop and implement automation integration to improve throughput and reproducibility.
• Present findings to multi-functional teams and draft technical reports and patents.
