Responsibilities
- Design and interpret mechanistic and functional studies to guide molecule design and inform program decisions.
- Serve as subject matter expert to apply immunological and biological insights for molecule optimization.
- Develop and implement innovative assays and technologies to understand therapeutic mechanisms.
- Evaluate new technologies to accelerate biologics functional assay workflows and discovery.
- Demonstrate ability to solve complex biological problems and translate insights into therapeutic strategies.
- Communicate findings through presentations, reports, patents, publications, and team discussions.
- Contribute to a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
