Odyssey Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead Biologics DMPK & Translational Sciences, driving the discovery-to-development transition for its biologics portfolio in a fast-moving, multi-modality environment.

You will own the overall DMPK strategy, oversee PK/PD modeling, translational sciences, and regulatory submissions, and build a scalable team with significant interaction at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience focusing on PK/DMPK and translational characterization of biologics, with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise leading discovery-to-nonclinical development transitions for biologics.
• Deep expertise in target-mediated disposition, immunogenicity/ADA assessment, and large-molecule bioanalysis.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to translate DMPK data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery-to-nonclinical development transition strategy for Odyssey's biologics portfolio, ensuring candidates have developability and PK/PD data for IND filings.
• Define and own the biologics DMPK strategy across the portfolio, including in vitro/in vivo PK characterization and bioanalysis strategy.
• Drive translational science and PK/PD modeling to answer development questions and generate first-in-human dose projections.
• Serve as senior biologics development SME and advise leadership on molecule design and program direction.
• Build and scale a high-performing biologics development and DMPK organization, including people managers and budgets.
