Job summary

Flagship Pioneering is seeking a DMPK project representative to provide scientific and strategic DMPK guidance across our biologics portfolio. You will lead PK/BA/immunogenicity studies, influence discovery and development strategies, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize candidate selection and regulatory readiness.

The role requires deep DMPK expertise, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication, with leadership across CRO interactions and external partners

Qualifications

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or related field with 8+ years in industry.
• MS with 12+ years; or BS with 14+ years.
• Proven track record representing DMPK in biologics discovery and/or development.
• Extensive hands-on PK/BA/immunogenicity assessment of biologics.
• Regulatory submissions experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the DMPK representative on cross-functional discovery teams guiding PK, BA, and immunogenicity strategies.
• Design and lead in vitro and in vivo PK/BA/Immunogenicity studies for candidate progression.
• Interpret study data, identify issues, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to plan high-quality DMPK deliverables.
• Develop toxicokinetic plans and support IND filing.
