Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience in bioinformatics or related field.
• Proven track record delivering production-ready software from scratch.
• Experience collaborating with scientists, analysts or clinical reviewers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software for BI pipelines.
• Model data; optimize assembly, mapping, variant calling and annotation.
• Develop ETL processes and integrate APIs from diverse sources.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries; contribute to schema design.
• Create dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data analysts, lab personnel, and software teams.
• Ensure data integrity, automate tests, and maintain documentation.
