Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, and/or data science.
• 6+ years post-degree experience for Master’s holders; PhD with 2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in programming with R/Python and HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform advanced statistical analyses and algorithm implementations.
• Design and prepare training materials on bioinformatics software and databases.
• Lead development and maintenance of data analysis pipelines and databases.
• Collaborate with clinical and multidisciplinary teams to translate findings.
