Job summary

You will work with an interdisciplinary team on Omics analyses and visualization across transcriptomics, proteomics, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, spatial omics and more. The role emphasizes innovative computational analyses, rigorous data management, and collaboration with faculty and researchers to translate findings into improved therapies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Proficiency in R and Python for bioinformatics workflows.
• Experience with Linux HPC environments and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform statistical analyses and develop algorithms.
• Lead data analysis projects across omics datasets (transcriptomics, proteomics, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, spatial omics).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and train others in bioinformatics tools.
• Develop databases and SOPs for data management and reproducibility.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and allocate tasks by priority.
