Invivoscribe is seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist to design, build, and validate production-grade bioinformatics software and scalable NGS pipelines (on‑prem and cloud) for clinical and research use. You will lead projects end-to-end, from requirements through release, and collaborate across R&D and clinical labs.

The role requires a Ph.D. or 10+ years combined experience, strong Linux, Python, and cloud skills, and a track record with WGS/WTS pipelines in regulated environments.
