The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, strong Python or R skills, and experience with 10x Genomics workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of experience in bioinformatics/computational biology.
• Strong sequencing data analysis experience (DNA/RNA) and scRNA-seq interpretation.
• Experience with 10x Genomics analysis workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; ability to develop pipelines and workflows.
• Ability to create clear visualizations of complex biological data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, optimize, and troubleshoot high-throughput sequencing and scRNA-seq experiments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for assay development and diagnostic data analysis.
• Analyze and interpret NGS, scRNA-seq, and multiomics data.
• Support the assay development lifecycle from sequencing to production implementation.
• Create scalable, well-documented algorithms and visualizations for stakeholders.
