Repertoire Immune Medicines, a clinical-stage biotech, is seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer to join the Computational Engineering team. You will unlock large immune-related datasets and enable end-to-end analysis from target discovery through clinical trial analyses, building scalable systems that are correct and maintainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, software engineering, bioinformatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in biology data systems and pipelines.
• Experience building/operating production data systems or pipelines.
• Hands-on with containers and cloud infrastructure; IaC experience.
• Ability to partner with ML/Comp Bio teams and communicate with non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate bioinformatics pipelines from instrument to data ecosystem.
• Develop data platforms exposed via internal APIs, apps, and SQL databases.
• Manage cloud infrastructure as code with secure engineering practices.
• Maintain engineering standards including CI/CD, version control, and reviews.
• Lead incident reviews and implement preventative improvements.
• Own end-to-end data processing and delivery for decision making.
• Develop agentic workflows for bioinformatics pipelines.
