Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in a quantitative field as required.
- 4+ years of professional data science or bioinformatics experience.
- Proficiency with Python or R and key libraries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML models for genomic, proteomic, and transcriptomic data.
- Design and manage big data pipelines for efficient processing.
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate biological problems into data science questions.
- Visualize complex biological data to communicate findings.
- Contribute to the development of novel bioinformatics tools and software.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
