Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; strong background in bioelectromagnetics.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in bioelectromagnetic research or engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electromagnetic systems and devices for a variety of applications.
• Research interaction of electromagnetic fields with biological tissues and develop predictive models.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate electromagnetic systems with other technologies.
• Analyze experimental and simulation data; prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Stay current with advances in bioelectromagnetics and applied physics; assist in proposals and funding efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for bioelectromagnetic technologies and systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff; contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
