Job summary

Scientific Applications & Research Associates, Inc. (SARA) is seeking a skilled RF Engineer in Colorado Springs to design, develop, and test RF circuits, systems, and antennas. You will collaborate with engineers across disciplines, perform lab validations, and help transition designs to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of RF engineering or related experience.
• Solid RF circuit design and analysis background.
• US citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits, systems, and antennas for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems with other tech.
• Conduct lab tests with spectrum/network analyzers and signal generators.
• Document design specs, test reports, and operation manuals.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and transition RF designs to production.
• Stay current with RF technologies and apply innovative approaches.
