• Transfer chemical processes for bioconjugation to pilot plant operations and manufacturing.
• Mentor junior scientists and supervise colleagues.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers, analytical chemists, and safety and quality teams.
• Prepare technical documents for tech transfers and process validation.
