Job summary

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a passionate and agile Scientist to join the Process Translation and Execution team at the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana. The role focuses on facilitating the transfer of chemical processes for bioconjugation to produce antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), collaborating with safety teams, and ensuring successful GMP manufacturing.

Candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience and be comfortable working with potent molecules. This position offers a dynamic work environment, encouraging creativity and resilience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environments involving biochemistry or chemical engineering.
• Comfortable working with highly potent molecules.
• Experience creating batch records for scale-up experiments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating transfer of chemical processes for bioconjugation.
• Evaluating incoming procedures in collaboration with safety groups.
• Documenting and authoring standard operating procedures (SOPs).
